Copper Clad FR4
FR4 Copper Clad (also known as FR4 PCB) is a fire rated electrical-grade, dielectric fiberglass laminate epoxy resin system combined with a glass fabric substrate laminated to copper. The copper weight (ounce) refers to how much the copper weighs per square foot. The Copper Clad G10 Fr4 material is also compliant to IPC 4101/21. We provide other materials compliant to IPC 4101/23 and IPC 4101/25. We provide machining and chem etch / photo etch of circuits in copper clad material, Build to IPC-A-600 class 2 or class 3 as required
We can machine panels and circuitry to varying degrees with our state of the art high speed hole drilling and milling CNC machines. Copper Clad FR4 grades are available in 1/2 oz, 1 oz, and 2 oz weight. Heavier weights are available, up to 6 ounce. Copper Clad FR4 is used extensively for PC Board (PCB) fabrication. Copper Clad FR4 is also available in single side or double sided and 4' x 8' sheets.
