JJ Orly delivers consistent, precision fabricated foam parts for large or small orders. Most electronic enclosures require a shock absorbing or insulating material to isolate the electronic components from harsh environments or rugged conditions. The foam that is used for an application is specified by the manufacturer and we do the rest. Our diverse machine shop allows us to fabricate foam parts without the need of costly tooling charges or excessive set up fees. Our most versatile rigid foam is Trymer 2000 and Trymer 3000.

Some of our most popular foams that we fabricate are polyurethane foam, polyethylene foam, conductive foam and anti static foam. We specialize in thin sheet stock foam from .032" thick to .500". We can manufacture foam packaging in layers up to 8" thick to accommodate delicate instrument protection or storage of finished goods. All foam parts are quality inspected and packaged in boxes with part number and quantity label to eliminate installation errors on the production floor. At JJ Orly, we always take extra steps to insure a precise product that can be handled and identified from receiving to the end product.

Our industry leading technologically advanced router machines hold unsurpassed quality and repeatability with exacting tolerances. With rigid foam being used in satellites for structural support, such as a Rohacell foam, having parts that are close tolerance and high quality is critical.
Rigid foam is also used in aerospace applications as a core for wings, radomes, radar antennas and for low loss foam in radio frequency applications. Foams like Airex and Divinycell are used primarily in the boat and marine industry. Syntactic foams are used in buoyancy applications and have had their place in the microwave industry as well.
