We specialize in the deep draw of stainless steel, cold rolled steel (CRS) and aluminum cans, seamless boxes. At JJ Orly, we have the capabilities to draw brass, copper, and mu-metal cans and cases in standard or custom shapes.
Our expertise extends beyond the deep drawn enclosure with secondary value added operations such as soldering, stud insertion, piercing holes, threaded inserts, feed thru terminal assembly and mechanical insulators for applications.

Deep Drawing Cans and Covers
JJ Orly is an industry leader of fabricating and manufacturing square and rectangular deep drawn cans, housings, 
canisters, enclosures, boxes and covers from metals, alloys, and stainless steel materials. We can also provide plating and modifications to standard cases, covers, rectangular cases, and oval cases. We have a long list of drawn aluminum enclosures as well. In addition to our deep drawing capabilities, we can provide metal stampings in low to intermediate volumes. Low tooling and low minimums help you to make the right decision for prototype parts.
JJ Orly has the ability to install brackets, glassed in feed thru terminals, bushings, connectors, threaded inserts, standoffs, pem nuts and studs into a deep drawn enclosure. The drawn shells can be used for headers or have flanges formed onto the part for fastening lids or covers.
Applications for a round deep drawn enclosure include, electric motors, telecommunications, aerospace, automotive, relays, capacitors, oscillators, sensors, transformer housings, health care instrumentation, military enclosures and capacitor housings.
